What booking a lesson collects, who processes it, and how long it is kept. This describes the tools the site actually uses, and is updated when they change.
Information collected when you book
Booking a lesson collects your name, contact details, the service and time you selected, and anything you write about what you want to work on. Nothing else is collected at booking.
How information is used
Your details are used to schedule and confirm your lesson, to send your confirmation, and to let Colin contact you about that appointment.
Where information is stored
Booking is handled by Square Appointments. The details you enter on the booking page are collected and stored by Square, which processes them under its own privacy policy, and Square sends the confirmation text and email. Colin sees your appointment and contact details through his Square account.
CC Golf Lab keeps its own scheduler as a fallback in case Square is unavailable. If a booking is ever taken that way, the appointment is stored in a Postgres database controlled by CC Golf Lab and the confirmation email is sent through Resend.
Minor consent forms
If your child is under 18, the parental consent form is signed through DocuSeal, which stores the signed document under its own privacy policy. The form on this site asks only for a parent or guardian's name and email address and the child's name, so that DocuSeal can send the signing link — everything else, including date of birth, allergies, medical considerations, and the signature, is entered on DocuSeal's own pages and is never collected or stored by this website.
Colin can see which forms have been signed and which are outstanding. Reading the details inside a signed form means opening it in DocuSeal.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people visit. It does not set cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not build a profile of you. No session-recording or heatmap tool is used.
Advertising
CC Golf Lab advertises on Google, and the site runs Google's advertising tag so Colin can tell which ads actually lead to a booking. Unlike the analytics above, this one does set a cookie, and it reports the pages you view here to Google, which may use that to show you CC Golf Lab ads on other sites.
It runs on the public pages only. It is switched off on the owner's admin pages, on account pages, and on the unsubscribe link from an email, because those addresses can carry your details or a private code.
You can turn off personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com, and blocking third-party scripts or cookies in your browser stops the tag entirely — nothing on this site needs it to work.
Retention and requests
Appointment records are kept so Colin can track lesson history. To ask what is held about you, or to have your booking details removed, contact CC Golf Lab and the request will be handled directly.
Private data
Customer records, booking exports, private contact-card data, and unsanitized testimonials are never committed to this project's source code.
